Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of every website, application, and service operated by Surya Narayana Enterprises LLP (LLPIN ACS-3879), trading as Suryanarayana Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"), including each product listed on our homepage (each, a "Product", collectively the "Products"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any product-specific terms in Section 12 below. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.

"You" or "User" means the individual or business using a Product. "Content" means any data, reports, alerts, documents, or other output a Product generates or delivers to you. "Subscription" means a recurring, periodically-billed Product plan. "One-time Purchase" means a Product or Content sold for a single, non-recurring payment.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Our Products are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old, and by businesses acting through an authorized representative. We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information or is used to violate these Terms.

Each Product is described, and priced, on our products & pricing page. We may add, modify, or discontinue features of a Product, or discontinue a Product entirely, with reasonable notice to active subscribers where practical. Product-specific details and disclaimers are set out in Section 12.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at the time you subscribe, until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. One-time Purchases are billed once, at checkout, with no recurring charge. All payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway (Cashfree, or Razorpay as a fallback) — see Section 8. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use a Product for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or usage restrictions on a Product;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell a Product's Content except where a Product (such as SiteAuditKit) explicitly permits white-label resale;
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of a Product; or
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using a Product.

We own all rights, title, and interest in each Product, including its software, design, and underlying methodology. Content generated for you (a report, a checklist pack, an alert digest) is licensed to you for your own use — and, for SiteAuditKit specifically, for resale to your own clients under your brand — but the underlying software and methodology remain ours. You retain ownership of any information you submit to a Product.

We rely on third-party providers to operate our Products, including payment processing (Cashfree, Razorpay), cloud infrastructure and database hosting (Cloudflare, Supabase), and transactional email delivery (ZeptoMail). Your use of a Product's payment flow is also subject to that payment processor's own terms. We are not responsible for outages or errors caused by a third-party provider outside our reasonable control.

Our Products are informational and operational tools, not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing generated by a Product constitutes legal, immigration, financial, investment, or tax advice. Products are provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee that any alert, report, or audit finding is complete, error-free, or will result in any particular outcome (a tender win, a successful visa application, a profitable site, or a clean audit).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that Product in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of a Product or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

India Tenders Hub

Tender listings are sourced from public government and PSU tender portals and may be delayed, incomplete, or change after we alert you. Always verify a tender's current status and eligibility criteria directly with the issuing authority before bidding.

Tax Circulars Hub

Regulatory circular summaries are provided for awareness only and are not a substitute for reading the original circular or for advice from a qualified compliance professional. We do not guarantee same-day delivery in every case (e.g. regulator portal outages).

SiteAuditKit

Audits are automated and non-invasive (read-only). Findings are a point-in-time snapshot and are not a certification of security, SEO, or DPDP compliance. Agencies reselling SiteAuditKit reports under their own brand remain solely responsible for their own client relationships and any representations they make about the findings.

DocsForSchengen

DocsForSchengen is a document-preparation and self-checklist tool, not a visa agent, and we are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or VFS Global. Final document requirements are set by the relevant consulate and can change without notice — always confirm against the consulate's own published checklist before submitting an application.

StudyAbroadKit

Timeline and intake data is based on publicly available institutional information and is provided for planning purposes only; always confirm deadlines directly with the institution. This Product includes disclosed affiliate links (e.g. education loans, flights, insurance) — we may earn a commission if you use them, at no extra cost to you.

EV Site Report

Reports are modelled estimates based on public data (EV registrations, DISCOM tariffs, market assumptions) and stated methodology, not a site survey, an investment recommendation, or a guarantee of profitability. Site- or region-specific factors not captured by the model can materially change real-world outcomes.

TapForChat

TapForChat is a link-based messaging tool, not a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider; message delivery depends on the underlying messaging channel's own availability and policies. Pricing tiers and features described on our products & pricing page apply once the product launches; the Free tier's "Powered by TapForChat" badge is part of that tier and not removable without upgrading.

You may stop using a Product and cancel your Subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to a Product if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts located at our registered office (as published on our Contact page) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of a Product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for active subscribers, make reasonable efforts to notify you by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of a Product after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
